Fast, well-organised property clearance in Budapest
Clearing a flat, cellar, garage or office involves more than physical lifting. It requires organisation, experience and suitable equipment, particularly when large furniture, worn-out fittings or mixed items need to be removed safely without damaging the property.
Redstaff aims to make clearance a predictable, smooth process rather than a drawn-out task. We serve Budapest and the surrounding area with clear prices and terms, whether you have a few unwanted items or an entire room to empty.
What makes clearance work challenging?
Limited parking, narrow city-centre streets and apartment buildings without lifts can make clearance more difficult. In outer districts, carrying distances and loading arrangements can be different. These conditions affect the time and planning required.
Our team regularly carries out clearance work in Budapest. Preparation and experience help us work efficiently, reduce risks and handle unexpected situations.
Affordable clearance with clear terms
Affordable clearance means fair terms agreed in advance, as well as a reasonable price. We assess the job and discuss the details so you understand the expected cost before work begins, with no hidden charges or unexpected additions.
Our experienced team works efficiently to reduce unnecessary working time. This helps keep clearance in Budapest fairly priced while prioritising safety, cleanliness and reliability.

Seven common questions about clearance
How much does clearance cost, and what affects the price?
Clearance charges have two parts: the moving team’s hourly charge for loading and work at the property, plus a charge based on the volume of items removed in cubic metres.
The price depends on the amount and type of items, including furniture, mixed waste or heavy objects, and on access conditions such as floor levels, lift availability and the carrying distance to the truck. The time needed for loading also matters.
You pay for the work carried out and the volume removed under the agreed terms, rather than an unnecessarily inflated estimate.
How does the clearance process work?
We begin with an assessment or a discussion of the job. At the agreed time, our team collects the unwanted items, loads the vehicle safely and transports them to an appropriate waste-handling facility.
We organise the work efficiently so you can free up space without having to do the lifting or arrange transport yourself.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due after the work, based on the working time and the volume of items removed in cubic metres.
The bill clearly shows what you are paying for and reflects the services actually provided under the agreed terms, without hidden costs or unexpected additions.
What if my clearance date or time changes?
If your clearance time needs to change, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to adjust the booking or find another practical solution, subject to availability.
Small delays can often be accommodated on the same day. If the work needs to be rescheduled, we will discuss the revised arrangements clearly with you.
What happens in bad weather on clearance day?
We can carry out clearance in rain or cold weather when it is safe, although poor weather may slow the work. If possible, prepare the items in a sheltered place.
In extreme weather, we will discuss whether to proceed as planned or arrange another date.
How much parking space does the truck need?
Please arrange around 8 to 10 metres of clear, lawful parking space near the property for safe loading.
Check overhead clearance too. A truck may be around 3.2 metres high, depending on the vehicle. Low gates, branches, cables and other structures can obstruct access. Confirm the vehicle dimensions with us before the job.
If parking or access is uncertain, tell us in advance so we can prepare.
Should I sort or prepare items before clearance?
You do not have to, but gathering unwanted items in one place is recommended. It makes loading faster and can reduce hourly working time.
If you cannot sort or prepare the items beforehand, our team can help. Please allow for the additional time this may require.
